Morrob Creatives provides digital products that are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Delivery Method

After successful payment, customers receive access to their digital files through one or more of the following ways
1. Instant download link on the order confirmation page.
2. Email containing the download link.
3. access through the customer’s account library on https://morrobcreatives.com (if applicable).

Delivery Time

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. In rare cases where automated delivery is delayed due to technical issues, files are supplied manually within 24 hours.

Email and Access Issues

If the confirmation email is not received, customers should check their spam or promotions folder. If the download link fails, expires, or the email address was entered incorrectly, customers can reach out for assistance and the files will be reissued.

No Physical Shipping

Since all products are digital in nature, there are no shipping fees, courier handling, or physical delivery timelines.
